This Pecan Maple Milk is creamy, naturally sweet, and made with just a few simple ingredients. The richness of pecans and smooth maple flavor make it perfect on its own, in coffee, or poured over your favorite cereal—a quick and easy dairy-free milk you’ll actually crave!
Soak Pecans: Place 1 cup pecans in a bowl and cover with water. Let soak for about 3 hours or until softened.Shortcut: If you’re short on time, pour boiling water over the pecans and soak for 20–30 minutes instead.
Blend: Drain and add to a blender with 3 cups filtered water. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Flavor: Add 2 tbsp maple syrup and a pinch of salt. Blend again, then taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
Strain: Pour through a nut bag, cheesecloth, or fine-mesh strainer over a bowl (preferably one with a spout). Squeeze or press gently to extract the liquid.
Store: Transfer to a sealed jar or jug and refrigerate. Enjoy cold, or warm gently before serving.
