Notes
Small Batch FriendlyYou can easily make just one sandwich and save the extra herby mayo for later—it keeps well in the fridge and is great on wraps, bowls, or as a dip.Prep AheadSlice all your veggies ahead of time and store them in airtight containers in the fridge. This makes it super easy to quickly assemble a sandwich throughout the week.Keep It GreenStay in that green goddess lane—swap butter lettuce for arugula or spinach, use thinly sliced zucchini or green bell pepper, or add additional fresh herbs like dill or chives.Sprouts SwapUse microgreens in place of sprouts for a slightly more delicate texture and a fresh, elevated feel.Bread OptionsSourdough, multigrain, or a seeded loaf all work really well here—something sturdy to hold all the layers.
