A cozy, warming Turmeric Cinnamon Milk Steamer with anti-inflammatory benefits and a touch of natural sweetness. Made with turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and maple syrup, this caffeine-free drink is perfect for a soothing nightcap or a nourishing morning boost!
Combine Ingredients & Heat: In a small pot over medium heat, add 1 ¼ cup milk of choice, ½ tsp turmeric, ¼ tsp cinnamon, ⅛ tsp ground ginger, a dash of nutmeg, splash of vanilla extract and 1 tbsp pure maple syrup.
Whisk Vigorously: Whisk the mixture continuously to fully combine the spices and break up any clumps.
Heat Until Just Before Boiling: Allow the mixture to heat up slowly, whisking frequently, until it is just below boiling (about 3–4 minutes). Do not let it boil over.
Strain (Optional): If you prefer a smoother texture, pour the steamer through a fine mesh strainer to remove any cinnamon or spice particles.
Serve & Enjoy: Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
