This refreshing Pineapple Mojito Mocktail is a perfect non-alcoholic twist on the classic mojito. Fresh pineapple, mint, lime, and a touch of agave come together to create a vibrant and refreshing drink that’s both light and flavorful. Ideal for any occasion!
Prepare the Base: In a glass, combine 1 tbsp of lime juice (1/2 ounce) with 1 ½ tbsp of agave syrup (3/4 ounce).
Muddle Mint: Lightly tear the 4 mint leaves and add them to the glass. Use a muddler (or handle of a wooden spoon) to gently muddle the mint, releasing its flavor..
Muddle Pineapple: Cut your pineapple half into pieces and add them to the glass. Muddle the pineapple until it's lightly broken down.
Mix & Chill: Fill the glass with ice and top off with soda water. Give the drink a quick stir.
Garnish & Serve: Garnish with a piece of pineapple and/or mint. Sit back and enjoy!
Notes
Sweetness AdjustmentAdjust the amount of agave syrup to your taste if you prefer a sweeter or less sweet mocktail. You can also use honey or simple syrup but agave is recommended as it pairs nicely with the mint and pineapple.Mint FlavorFor a stronger mint flavor, muddle the mint leaves a bit more or add an extra leaf.Fresh PineappleUsing fresh pineapple is ideal for the best flavor, but canned pineapple can also work. If using canned, ensure it's well-drained.Mix-InsIf you want a stronger pineapple flavor, add 1/2 oz (1 tablespoon) of pineapple juice. Adjust if needed.
