Ingredients

  • 1 large slice sourdough (or other crusty bread)
  • 2 tbsp smooth or chunky natural peanut butter (I use salted)
  • 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 1-2 tsp agave (or honey, if not vegan)
  • 4-5 dark chocolate chips (or small chocolate piece), chopped
  • Flaked sea salt, optional

Instructions

  • Toast the bread: Lightly toast slice of sourdough to your desired crispness.
  • Spread the peanut butter: While the toast is still warm, spread the peanut butter evenly over the surface so it softens slightly.
  • Add the toppings: Drizzle with agave or honey, then sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and chopped dark chocolate.
  • Salt, if desired: Finish with a small pinch of flaky sea salt.
  • Serve: Enjoy immediately while warm!

Notes

Gluten-Free Option
Swap the sourdough for your favorite gluten-free bread.
