Prep the Ingredients: Chop the fresh basil (¼ cup), mint (2 tbsp), garlic (2 cloves), and pistachios (3 tbsp). Grate the Parmesan (3 tbsp) and zest 1 lemon and 1 orange.
Arrange Ingredients: On a flat plate or shallow bowl, arrange the chopped basil, mint, garlic, pistachios, and Parmesan in small piles.
