Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened, plain plant-based yogurt (avoid Greek-style yogurt)
  • 1 ½ cups frozen blueberries (if using fresh, add 3-4 ice cubes)
  • 1 tsp ground cardamom
  • ½ cup water (adjust for consistency)
  • 2-3 tbsp honey or agave
  • tsp rose water (optional; skip if you dislike the flavor)

Instructions
 

  • Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine 1 cup unsweetened plain yogurt, 1½ cups frozen blueberries, 1 tsp ground cardamom, ½ cup water, and 2-3 tbsp honey or agave. If using fresh blueberries, add 3-4 ice cubes for a chilled texture.
  • Adjust Consistency: Blend until smooth and creamy. If the lassi is too thick, add a little more water and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Add Optional Flavor: If using, add ⅛ tsp rose water, blending briefly to incorporate.
  • Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately. For an extra refreshing touch, garnish with a sprinkle of ground cardamom or a few fresh blueberries on top.

Notes

Yogurt Alternative
If you prefer a tangier lassi, you can use kefir instead of yogurt for a probiotic boost.
Make It Extra Creamy
Blend in ¼ of a banana for a richer, creamier texture without altering the flavor too much.
Spice It Up
For added depth, try a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg alongside the cardamom.
Storage Tip
Lassi is best enjoyed fresh, but if needed, store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours in an airtight container. Shake or blend again before serving.
