Blend Ingredients: In a blender, combine 1 cup unsweetened plain yogurt, 1½ cups frozen blueberries, 1 tsp ground cardamom, ½ cup water, and 2-3 tbsp honey or agave. If using fresh blueberries, add 3-4 ice cubes for a chilled texture.
Adjust Consistency: Blend until smooth and creamy. If the lassi is too thick, add a little more water and blend again until you reach your desired consistency.
Add Optional Flavor: If using, add ⅛ tsp rose water, blending briefly to incorporate.
Serve: Pour into glasses and enjoy immediately. For an extra refreshing touch, garnish with a sprinkle of ground cardamom or a few fresh blueberries on top.

Shake or blend again before serving.
